How much do you charge?

It really just depends on the scope of the project. Small jobs like modifying CSS code or tweaking HTML can be done at our minimum rate of $30. Basically anything that takes us less than 30 minutes to fix will qualify for the minimum rate.  And we are pretty darn fast at making minor changes.

Larger projects like cleaning up hacked files or making extensive theme customizations are billed at an hourly rate of $75. Before any project is started, we will tell you what kind of time and cost you can expect so there are no surprises.

We’ll be real honest here, we really get a kick out of helping people. If your issue is so minor that we can fix it in just a few minutes, we will probably waive the fee completely and just ask that you give us some love on your favorite social media site to spread the word about us. That’s just how we roll.

How fast can you complete my project?

Again, this depends on how extensive your request is. Small projects are usually started immediately after your request has been submitted and payment has been made.

If live support is online, you can chat with them to begin your project and stay online with them as the work is being done. That eliminates any delays having to correspond back and forth via email and you can view changes and provide feedback as the job progresses.

If you only need minor changes, often the project will often be completed within minutes of starting your chat session. If support is not online, then we will get to your project as soon as we can.

How can I get something done super fast?

If you see the green support chat button in the top menu, support is online and you can begin a chat session immediately. You can discuss your requirements, get a cost estimate, and answer any questions we may have.

If live support is not online, you can submit your request via our support request form and it will be responded to as soon as we can. Normal support hours are approximately Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST, but we are often available as early as 5:00 AM as long as the coffee is brewed and on weekends too.

Support requests are transmitted to us via SMS text as well, so even if support is not online, we will be notified instantly of a pending request and will respond very quickly.

How is payment made?

Payment is made via PayPal. Once you have agreed to the project cost, we will send you a payment request via email. Once that is paid, the project will begin.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely. If for some reason we cannot fix your issue or complete the project, we will refund your entire payment. There is no risk for using our services.

Do you only fix WordPress issues?

WordPress is obviously our primary focus, but we can do work on pretty much any website. HTML edits, CSS modifications, image optimzation, and other minor changes can be done regardless of whether the site is WordPress-based.
